Hello my product pages all of the sudden displays large photos, and the pages are jumbled looking instead of looking like a neat product page with a photo and description thats boxed beside the photo, the way they looked before. I’ve even tried to deleting photos from the product pages or altering wording and such and the page won’t change. Can any one help me ?

    Hello,

As I see you have theme version 1.5 and the new one is 2.1. Please update the theme to the latest version. Here you can see the tutorial how to update theme.
If it doesn’t resolve the problem please let us know.

Have you made any changes to the theme files?
Please upload the archive with the latest theme version and we’ll try to update it for you.
Also don’t forget to create a back up of files and database before.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

No I haven’t made any changes, just about an hour ago I tried uploading the archive of the theme files, and I went and looked at the themes from the dashboard and it doesn’t show anything new

Has the archive been uploaded into the theme folder? Do you see it via FTP?
Please provide us FTP login information to check it from our side.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Which folder have you uploaded it to? The archive should be Legenda_v2.1.zip.
If you have problems with uploading you should ask your host for assistance.

    Hello,

I’ve installed VC plugin via FTP.
    It’s activated now. Please check.
Please read the documentation carefully how to use new VC: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/visual_composer

Thank you so much for your help!!! I have one last question! Since the theme updated, I have this large blank white space on the bottom of the homepage beneath the social media icons, is there any way to remove that?

    Hello @Lucaso,

To activate a plugin go to Plugins > Installed plugins in admin panel and find the plugin you need to enable, click “Activate” and that’s it.

    Hello,

I’ve checked the VC plugin and it’s activated and working fine. If you’re trying to update it to the latest version then you have to buy it yourself or wait for a new theme update where all plugins will be updated.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
