Hi,
I’m working on single product pages, with the template set as full width product image, 4 thumbs underneath, slider enabled for gallery images, then the text under the images. I have two issues:
1) I’ve set the image sizes to be 1140×655 as per your demo, but the main image is showing at 600×600 rather than full-width of the space allowed. How do I set this to be full width please?
2) Single product pages seem to have the footer set to page-content wide, rather than full width, despite the theme having a ‘wide layout’ setting – the homepage footer width, however, is fine. Please advise as to how I set product page footers to be full width.
Thanks for your continued help, it is very much appreciated.
Best wishes, Tim
Hello,
Please provide us with WP Dashboard credentials in Private Content.
Also the original sizes of our demo product image are 1,400px × 804px.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thanks – details below
Hello,
1. I’ve changed sizes for images in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and regenerated thumbnails in Tools > Regen. Thumbnails.
Clear browser cache and check single product page now.
2. I’ve created Static Block “Footer” and added your footer content there.
Then added “8theme – Static Block” widget to “Footer area” in Appearance > Widgets.
Please check the page now.
