Staging – https://meiraas.codeshark.app/product/chikankari-flared-palazzo-pant/

As you can see the gallery is not working for many products on the live site, we disabled the theme on the staging and it works fine.

We tried leaving only the xstore theme, woocommerce and xstore core enabled and it still didn’t work.

We can’t connect to your FTP.
Also, give our WP Dashboard user admin permissions because we don’t have access to themes and plugins https://prnt.sc/zwe717

We are using white label cms plugin and have enabled you as fellow white label admins and ftp details attached again with correct password, tested.

Please read my earlier messages carefully, I activated twenty twenty one to show you that without xstore being activated the product thumbnail gallery is working fine. So please go ahead and activate and deactivated whatever you would like as we have give you staging site access. Thanks

Hello,

Problem caused by YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin. It works with the product images gallery and does not support our custom gallery and require the default one.
I have enabled default WooCommerce gallery as described here https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin/

This isn’t a solution as it is not showing the images properly. If I show this to the client I will be sued for millions.

Please identify the issue so I can bring it up with YITH people also.

But product gallery works with that solution https://gyazo.com/b6d09ecb5a71296dbdeafd97f78969dd It works the same way like with the default theme that you enabled before. Why is not it suitable for you?

If you want to make it work with the custom gallery I suppose you need to contact plugin author and ask them to make improvements. I see that they added special options for other themes https://prnt.sc/103nl1z

Its working fine on their version 1.5.32
That means that they did something on 1.5.33 which caused the conflict.

Your answer, “It works same way like default theme why is not suitable for you?” is horrendous, if we want everything like default theme then we won’t use xstore anymore, we have 8 – 9 licenses for our clients.

If everything works fine with previous version of plugin then you need to contact plugin author about this. They will take a look at issue. If they find that we also need to improve something from our side then just ask then to contact us 8themes@gmail.com and we’ll try to solve this issue in cooperation. We can’t fix it from our side only.
