    Good day again Eva/8Theme support,

After following instructions in ticket number QFG-552-50161.

The instructions were to replace the woocommerce files from the Royal theme update, update all the bundled plug-ins and turn on the wishlist plug in.

This has all been done. However the layout issues are still occurring.

Additionally, I am trying to import a revolution slider template and there is a javascript void(0) error on the ‘Import Slider’ button – so therefore slide is unable to be imported.

There are so many problems with the update it’s hard to know where to start – so if you could kindly assist as much as possible it would be appreciated.

I am planning to buy the theme again for two other clients – but if I keep having these problems I will have to try other themes.

    Many thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Darren

Please may we have a response to this – we have a working eCommerce web site and this delay is affecting revenue collection.

    Regards,
    Darren

    Hello,

Please clarify with more details what layout issues you’re experiencing.
I’ve imported “Cleopatra” slider in Revolution Slider section of wp-admin panel and it’s working fine with parent theme. You should check your customizations in royal-child directory.

Also we can’t log in via FTP. Please provide us with correct credentials.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thanks Eva, I will try looking at child theme matters as you suggested regarding slider.

To clarify further of the other matters, you will notice that here: http://staging.loveourwork.com.au/
Their are some serious layout issues. Under the main menu the table does not run all the way to the left.
As you scroll down the page you will notice that this is the case for all full-width rows.
Not allowing screen shot images with the forum post does not help. Please can you allow this?

Also, you will notice that their is no screets live chat ‘contact us’ at the bottom right of the screen – even though the plug in is activated.

Further, there is a delivery price table in the bottom half of the screen before the footer. This should not display as it is with one table under the other. It should be in a slider format.

There are many issues since the update of the theme – as this is what the home page should look like as a reference:

    Hello,

The issue persists only with your child theme. If you activate parent Royal theme the rows have full width and slider is working. So please check your customizations in the child theme. Also this is related to the issues with screets chat and delivery price table. They are working with the parent theme.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
