Site crashed after installing latest update Xstore

Hi,

I have updated my clients website to the latest version of your theme today. Unfortunately, the site is not working anymore. I can only see the menu and the revolution slider. All other elements like category pages or regular pages are not shown. I haven’t updated WooCommerce as I am using a few

I have deactivated all plugins but without any result.

Could you please help as it’s quite urgent!

Hello,

If you want to use theme version 4.18 or higher you need to update WooCommerce plugin to version 3.3.1, because 4.18 update was the major update and requires WC 3.3.1.
So, either downgrade theme version or update WooCommerce plugin.
