Site crashes when PHP is higher than 7.3.

Website hosted through Bluehost – I keep having an issue when the PHP is updated higher than 7.3.

Hello,

Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, and do a full backup before this.

wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hello @Jess,

Wp-admin access works fine, but we can’t connect FTP
```
Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:        	Could not connect to server
```
Is there a restriction by IP or something else? Please check.
