    Hello,

Try to enable debug mode and check error notices on site. Also, try to rename (via FTP) plugins that you updated. Let me know results and provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

    Regards

    hello,

I have to say it and I’m sorry for that but Royal theme is just a rubbish. I also tried other themes from diff companies and they work 100x better than Royal.
Every time when I have to make a update I’m afraid that site breaks down. This happened until today 3 times.

And always I have to try something what is not logical for me (again like the steps you mentioned in your last email) If you can help me it would be fine. I give you the account logins.

But I want my money back – this theme doesn’t work at all. It’s making me sick. Every Update is just nerv killing. Until today I don’t know why????

    Hello,

I checked that you contacted only once about update issue 2 years ago.

I have uploaded default WP theme to your WP via FTP once I rename royal theme the default theme should be activated but it does not happen and it’s strange because as a rule, it means that problem is WP installation, not the theme. What plugin have you updated?

Do you have the backup of your site before the plugin update? Can you restore that backup? Then we’ll be able to update the theme in right way and we’ll explain you step by step how to do this to avoid any problems in future. Because if you get the error every time it means you did something wrong. We have a lot of customers and almost all of them don’t have any problem with theme update if they do this correctly.

    Regards

Besides I see that Royal version is 2.5.2 – this is the old version of our theme, the current version is 3.4. So, I don’t think that theme update is the reason of your problem. Why did you decide that theme is the reason?

    Hello,

Our theme is not the reason of your problem! Do you have the backup of your site before the plugin update? Can you restore it?

Also, you have a problem with SSL certificate http://prntscr.com/hmejbe it also can be the reason of your issue.
There are many other 404 errors in the console when I inspect your site http://prntscr.com/hmeju1 Files exist but server responds with 404. Contact your hosting provider to find out why you have these errors. Reply back one you solve these issues, please.

    Regards
