Site is experiencing technical error after updating theme

Hello,
After updating the theme earlier today, I received the following email from WordPress.

Would you please check it and revert back urgently.

When I opened the admin in Recovery mode mode I found this

When I clicked resume, I got this error:

Please download patcher.php file by this link – https://we.tl/t-aPqvoOXri5 and re-upload it into xstore/framework folder via FTP to fix the Fatal error.
