Site is not working - by yotams - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,
I have updated my website to version 4.24 of XStore using the autoupdate and the site doesn’t work since than.
It displays two PHP errors:
1) Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /wp-content/themes/xstore/header.php:1) in /wp-content/plugins/ishoes-chatbot/inc/users.php on line 7
2) Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function unicode_chars() in /wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/content-product-slider.php:90
Stack trace:…..in /wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/content-product-slider.php on line 90.
My site is down because of those issues.

Hello,

Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private Content area.

Hi,
The login info is in the private content.
I updated the theme and it’s still happens.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

1) Contact plugin author to solve the warning from plugin.
2) Issue caused by your changes in theme-functions.php file in child theme. We have renamed file and everything works fine http://prntscr.com/j7tps5 If you need to change any functions from our theme copy function into child theme functions.php file and don’t change theme-functions.php.
