the problem is probably that the website is not fresh
and i just imported the demo i chose
and now nothing is loading
i think it has something to do with
Max input vars:
it is currently at 1000
and i tried a lot of thing without being able to change it

Was XStore Core plugin activated successfully? Also, make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
We will help you with the import. Please provide URL of your site that works, and URL of the desired demo version. Also, we need to know temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

that might be the cause.

Thanks for the access. I have checked your issue and found that the demo is not imported successfully on your site, and causes unexpected issues on the complete site.
Now, You are using the latest version of the theme and its core plugin but also, there are a lot of third-party plugins installed and activated on your site. In order to avoid any unexpected issues and import the desired demo you want, first please reset your complete site then activate the theme and it’s necessary plugins only then try to import the demo and you will never face any issues. Importing demos multiple times on the same site will cause these kinds of issues. I hope it makes sense to you. If you want us to import the demo to your site. Please allow us to debug your site and reset it, all the existing content will be lost and the demo content will be uploaded successfully on your site after that you can start working on your site as per your need.

Can you rest everything except the products, pages, and blogs and be able to install the theme ? Or do i have to sacrifice everything
Unless there is a way to backup what i mentioned.

Unfortunately no, you have to completely reset the WordPress and start on a fresh new WordPress. Because it will duplicate the content on your site and the database will have some unexpected issues as well, so to avoid future unexpected issues, you have to sacrifice for now.

Then i will try to manually save the blogs and pages and after i’m finished i will give you the green light to reset everything and install the new theme.

i had the host service create the sub]domain for me and i guess it ended up being https://arganfriends.com/shop/wp-login.php and it does currently have a new fresh wordpress.
