Site is showing few days old cached version of home page when not logged in

Site is showing few days old cached version of home page when not logged in. All caching plugins are deactivated and caching option in hosting side also disabled. But still I see the old home page.

When I login it shows the latest version of the home page. As soon as I logoff, it shows the old version. This happens in all devices/browsers.

Also when i run Google page speed, it also takes the old version of the home page.
