I downloaded plugin WP Config File Editor to check memory limit and other config parametesr
as you can see from scrennshot the max memory limit is 768 M – i heard that PHP memory limit of 128MB should be more than enough .. can you confirn these values are correct

Such things should be changed from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask for help – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

Contact your hosting provider and request the limits be increased to the following minimums – https://prnt.sc/yniy9s
Once the Memory limit and Max execution time will be increased from the server side, click on Check again here – https://prnt.sc/ynj3t3
