Hi, I have several other issues we are working to correct as well (Post 298268), but today I went to google search console and noticed that since switching themes my mobile experience is failed on all pages. This is causing a major decrease in web traffic.
I installed the AMP plugin, however shortcode is not displayed correctly, including static blocks (from xstore). The mobile experience issue is fixed with AMP plugin, but I have a few major issues with configuration.
First, there is no way to select the high level categories so all 200 categories would have to be shown on the home page for it to be correct. The menu only shows high level as well and the product filters only allow a category to be selected on AMP.
Many features of the standard pages including those built in elementor are broken especially static blocks, slider-revolution, and product filters.
The link for vendor dashboard goes back to the home page, I am assuming AMP is not compatible with the Dokan dashboard, but I cannot tell the plugin where to display or not. How can I configure your solution so that I can deliver a good experience to users and still pass googles mobile checks. CLI is also failing on many pages, which indicates items are moving on screen.
Is there a way to show amp to Google, but force non amp to Android and iphone users? I only need amp because Google only allowed 28 resources in search scores, and the theme has a hundred at least.
Hello,
Unfortunately, we don’t have option to show AMP version for the Google only.
But what do you mean
I only need amp because Google only allowed 28 resources in search scores, and the theme has a hundred at least.
?
Did you create robots.txt file and disallowed indexing of the theme and plugins files https://www.8theme.com/topic/fid-is-not-fetching/#post-295317 ?
Regards
