Hello,
We have tuned our sites images, CSS, JS, inlining and optimisation, etc. manually and with plugins and it is as ready as can be.
Above the fold CSS is a tricky. Generating that CSS via sites or chrome plugins never quite works, so if you have any ‘out of the box’ CSS that would be great (even if it is just the base CSS). Is there any you guys have worked on? I have no illusions, it is tricky…
More pertinently, we are also tuning plugins. P3 moans about:
Now our site design is crafted, are these plugins all needed? My guess was that Redux is necessarily for serverside theme generation.
Are the second two are only necessary to initially generate the content? I was thinking of one extracting the rendered final/static html and css in the browser (with SnappySnippet Chrome plugin), thus allowing me to disable those plugins during normal server uptime.
The third plugin might not even be yours….
Many thanks,
R.
Hello,
Yes, we have some generated CSS but it’s needed for the correct work of some theme settings and there is no way to remove it, almost all of themes on TF use this practice.
1. Redux – you need this plugin to have Theme Options
2. VC – this is page builder. You use it to create the page and add rows, columns, content.
3. Ultimate Addons for VC – this plugin extends the possibilities of Visual Composer and offers additional elements such as pricing tables, modal windows etc. If you don’t use UA elements to add content you can disable this plugin
4. Raw html – this plugin does not come bundled with our theme.
