Site scrolling too fast - by jerryw1976 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have checked to find an option to use regular scrolling but am unable to find it. The site scrolls way to quickly. How can I adjust this?

Hello,

Your site scrolls normally.
There is no option in the theme to configure scrolling.
