dear sir
good day to you!
it is requested to please guider on this
The REST API encountered an unexpected result
Performance
The REST API is one way that WordPress and other applications communicate with the server. For example, the block editor screen relies on the REST API to display and save your posts and pages.
When testing the REST API, an unexpected result was returned:
REST API Endpoint: https://safeandsecureksa.com/wp-json/wp/v2/types/post?context=edit
REST API Response: (500) Internal Server Error
thank you
Hello, khurram virk,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you kindly check if the following options are enabled in your settings?
– Customizer -> Speed Optimization -> Disable Embeds
– Customizer -> Speed Optimization -> Disable REST API Endpoint
Additionally, please verify if there are any extra plugins installed that might be disabling the REST API. This is often the case with security-related plugins.
Should you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Best regards,

Hello, khurram virk,
As you are using WP Rocket, we would kindly recommend setting the following option to “OFF”:
Customizer -> Speed Optimization -> Disable Embeds.

Hello, khurram virk,
Thank you for reaching out to us. However, we do not see any mention of “speed optimization” on this page.
The information provided seems to be related only to “action_scheduler_run,” which is not relevant to the topic at hand, as well as “persistent object cache,” which also does not pertain to our subject.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
