I have a problem with the image size in the organic themplate from Xstore theme.
When add a new product, the image on the catalogue shows a square-cropped image (aprox 300×300 px) and my original image size is 650×850 px (the same than “product baseholder” template image. In the catalogue size must be 229×300 px.

    I´ve used two configurations:

1.- In wordpress menú -> Settings -> Media -> (set max and min size and unmark crop option)
2.- In Theme config -> woocommerce -> Product image -> (Set principal and thumbnail size)-> Select No crop option “images shows in upload aspect” -> Then click on Publish button and appears a message that says: “Something go wrong. Wait a few minutes and try again”.

After changes, I use “regenerate thumbnail” plug in, but nothings change.

    Wordpress version: 4.9.6
    Theme Version: 4.27
    Woocommerce Version: 3.4.3

    Hope your answer. Greetings.

*I speak spanish, not so much english and my configurations are in spanish, so most of the words showned here are translated*

I´ve solved this, the problem is in the theme.
Using the process that you had mentioned, when I click on Publish button still appearing the message that says: “Something go wrong. Wait a few minutes and try again”.
Changing the theme, and doing that same process don´t show the message and make the changes, use thumbnails regenerator and and have to return to the original theme.

Now, the little issue is that I have to refresh the product page to show the image in hd, whit this change the catalogue image quality and show the correct definition.

¿Any solution or comment for this?
