Size in banner is not working anymore with px

what could be the reason?

Also at this version at desktop there is a contact field in the header section. But in the mobile header there is not. and we need this field for mobile to use for the icons.

As far as we can see, you have used the promo carousel element to display contacts in the mobile view. Could you please confirm if you need an additional solution for the contacts element? If so, kindly provide us with FTP access.

yes the promo field is not an option, we need the contact field as in the desktop version. Or just the phone icon: phone number – mail icon, emailadress next to eachother.
