Sku in search results+suggested products are not aligning correctly

hello,
my admin panel and all website in arabic and of course RTL.
i have two problems
1. while using the mobile page , and trying the search for something, then the SKU appears to be on the right side but still not aligned correctly,
the current search results appears :
SKU : xxxxxx
required search results which im trying to get :
التسلسل: (i will include in the private chat).

2. the related products:
I attached the image showing that even though the entire website is RTL, yet the transalted word of related items which is “مواد ذات صلة” locates to the left side of the page . which is a bit odd (i will include in the private chat).

3. still regarding the RTL, but this time is about single page product , more precisely is buy now and add to cart icon. from the attached image you can see that the icon locates before the arabic words(if we read from right to left) of add to cart and buy now , which again looks odd , i need to place them after the words , not before .

last , ans still in the single page product, and next to the add to cart section there is small heart icon which meant to add to favorite , i want to change that to be start instead of heart.

Hello @zaid,
Could you please, provide us the correct wp-admin access ? Also, we would ask you to write the access (login+password) with english letters.
