SKU in Searchbar but do not show in the Product result

I have the followinf situation

I the searchbar in the header I can find the product using SKU and get listed.

But if I try to access the product it say is not found. if I look base on the text name I can find it.

I try all setting possible but I do not get ot to work,

Hello,

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

This could be that is a conflict with the HUKY product filter, the reason of the plugin is to add the hirachie search that your plugin is not offerring, waht would be the best to arrchive
