Slide in product page - by giakcamp - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Good afternoon,
    I have two problem in the woocommerce product page:
    1. when i click on the thumbnail in the slide the image doesn’t show in the zoom area
    2. After the zoom area I see the another time the main image of the product

    There are errors of the theme or I must set something?

    Hello,

    Do you use any third-party plugins for the product images or product galleries or any custom code in child theme functions.php related to product images?
    Try to disable third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme one by one and check the single product and check child theme functions.php file looking for the third-party code. Probably one of them causing the issue.

    Thank you for your response. The file function.php is not edited and about the third-paryt plugins I have removed all plugins related to old themes but problem is not solved. Also I found other problems about the layout, but i prefer solve one by one.

    Hello,

    As we have told you in the very first message your issues are caused by the third-party plugins that you installed. Single product by WooLentor – WooCommerce Elementor Addons + Builder plugin, the shop page layout – by TM WooCommerce Ajax Filters plugin, once plugins are disabled everything is ok.
