I have an issue with the slide out cart. I can successfully add products to the cart and they will appear however as soon as you navigate to a new page, the slide out cart shows blank.
I can still see the products on the cart page.
Hello, Future IT,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
Please try to enable the “Always Load ‘Wc-Cart-Fragments’” option, which can be found under the following navigation path: XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
Should the issue persist, we recommend deactivating any third-party plugins to determine if they may be contributing to the problem.
We are here to assist you further if required.

That would be great if I could get the Speed Optimisation option to load….. it just keeps spinning…. why is the theme so slow? How do we speed it up?
Same issue reported on this tread in 2020 – https://www.8theme.com/topic/xstore-theme-customizer-theme-options-wont-work-urgent/
I’ve just looked through the forum and can see alot of topics regarding unacceptable page load speed on the front end and also when doing simple admin operations (adding products, changing x-store theme options, updating pages etc etc etc). I hope this is something you are working on?
UPDATE: I’ve now resolved the Theme Options not loading issue by disabling zlib compression in php.ini (I found this by getting an error when installing a theme plugin)
Notice: ob_end_flush(): Failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0) in wp-includes/functions.php on line 5373
Always Load ‘Wc-Cart-Fragments Theme Options Tab is finally loading (slowly) now however the field was already enabled.
I’ve just installed the latest updates to theme and plugin and the issue seems to be resolved. Fingers crossed!
Could you please provide information on the best config for cPanel to optimise load times for the admin and client front end? Thanks
Hello @Future IT
Certainly! I suggest diving into a comprehensive article straight from the CPanel documentation, specifically focusing on optimizing server performance and improving site load times. This resource provides invaluable insights and practical strategies to enhance the efficiency of your server infrastructure, ultimately resulting in faster website loading speeds and an improved user experience for your audience. You can access the article via the following link: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360053019713-Optimize-server-performance-and-site-load-times.

Hi Jack,
All of the other WordPress websites on the server run just fine.
I was requesting information specific to your theme thanks
Hi @Future IT
Regrettably, we don’t have specific predefined settings tailored for CPanel configuration to offer. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for personalized assistance in identifying the optimal configuration settings for your needs. They possess the expertise to guide you towards a solution that aligns with your requirements.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
I am the hosting provider (with 20+ yrs experience). Resources for this staging site (that doesn’t even have traffic yet) have already been doubled compared to most other WP sites on the same server. Vital functions like ADD TO CART button functions are extremely slow.
I’m really surprised you don’t have any information about optimising this theme so it will load efficiently. There are many other topics that have been raised concerning the speed by others.
It would be great if you would co-operate 🙂
Hello, @Future IT,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
It’s challenging to create a universal to-do list for all cases, but some general recommendations are:
– WP+WooCommerce is quite resource-intensive, so in production, caching should be used, for example, WP-Rocket.
– Use minification and combining of JS and CSS.
– Use CDN
– Disable unused plugins.
– Test the site’s performance without plugins; one of them might significantly slow down the system.
– Ensure that your system has enough memory and isn’t using swap.
Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it, unfortunately.

Hi There,
Once again you have not provided anything SPECIFIC to your theme.
Please provide info specific to the theme… then once the website actually loads without fatal errors again (see other topic created) I can hopefully apply them to the theme.
Hello @FIT
We’ve previously mentioned that we don’t have predefined settings specifically tailored for CPanel configurations available. We suggest contacting your hosting provider for personalized help in determining the best configuration settings for your requirements. They have the expertise to assist you in finding a solution that meets your needs. If you happen to discover the optimal configuration on your own, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could share it with us. This way, we can offer the best CPanel configuration for future customers.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
