    Hi

I have made a video to illustrate the differnce in image quality, between a slide with regualar container vs a slide with the xstore hotspot widget.

    The video shows the following:
    1. The difference between the slides on the frontend. Image quality comparison.
    2. Entering media library to prove that the excact same photo is used on both slides.

This means that the hotspot element is causing the problem.

How can we fix this, blurryness and get full resolution? P.S. This will be my last topic with you since my support license will suspend in 3 days, really hope we can fix this last issue before then. Thanks 🙂 Added the login credentials if you want to have a quick look inside thew wp dashboard.

    Dear @Nicolo,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your slides, we must admit that we are unable to discern any noticeable differences. However, if you prefer the image quality when it is applied as a container background, we suggest setting the opacity of the image in the hotspot element to 0 and then uploading the image as the container background of current slide.

Should you require further assistance or have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,

    Hi again

Thanks for your review, thats weird that you dont see any difference.

    Did you check the frontend?

    https://elmate.no/

NB: please do check on a wider screen, thats what i am using. I disabled the opacity but the issue still persists.

I attached 2 screenshots to show the difference on my end. Wondering how this can be, when its the same image?

    Thanks for your help!

    Thanks for the screens

Did you check this for a wide large computer, or a laptop?

Seems to be working for laptop, but not for bigger monitors.

I have cheched 2 different monitors and the issue is there on both.

    Looking forward to your reply

    Dear @Nicolo,

We have reviewed your website on a large monitor using the following device: https://prnt.sc/yQi__WMvFUCK. Unfortunately, we are still not encountering issues with blurred images as all of those are displayed correctly. You can view the results of our testing in this video: https://gyazo.com/3c93696f6637aa563e8a56ec643d43ac.

Should you continue to experience issues with the background image quality, we recommend checking the settings of your container to enhance responsiveness. Specifically, altering the Background size from ‘cover’ to ‘contain’ may resolve the issue. Please review these settings and test again.

It is important to note that the container settings are not configured by our theme but are managed through the Elementor plugin. We suggest consulting the Elementor documentation or reaching out directly to their support team for further assistance.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.
