Hello,
We can’t log in to your site. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access
Regards
Here it is
It was passed to our developers. Provide FTP access also.

You mentioned that site was restored, but as we can see, images were not restored but re-added, in media library new images are displayed with new author, date, id – https://prnt.sc/1r1momx , but old images can’t be displayed not in the media library, not on the frontend. Products want to show old images, that were selected for them, so there are errors in the browser console – https://gyazo.com/6b178cd1977f98d76d4c75effba81e56 You need to contact person who helped you with the restoring, it looks like the restoring was done a little wrong and caused current problems.

We are reuploading images all over again Rose. As this happened before and its really frustrating…
Restoration was done at the hosting I am using. We tried to restore the website only first of all and that did not work then we had no choice but to restore whole data base.
Appreciate your assitance, but I wish you good sales on this theme as I had enough…
I really would like at least something running in order for now cos suprises are coming out of the blue and scariest thing is that the creator have no aswers…
Really nice theme but there is more work needs done on it Rosie
Hello
Restoration is not provide by theme developer it is all depend on your hosting server they provide you backup according to your hosting plan.
As for your suggestions regarding our theme we are always welcome our customer suggestion on priority basis and will improve our theme package in next updates. If you are facing any issue in our theme package we are always here to provide you customer support.

Hello Jonh,
I think you are missing the topic and none of you were there when I needed you for 3 days when then website was flipped up for unknow reason. Not sure yourself or the other Jon said they would get back to me on that serious issue that occured particalry with the theme, and no ones did. Wich is very sad. Even now your theme is in limbo mode and still the answer is I’ll pass it onto our developers and then full stop.
Nothing personal to none of you fellas, but the product and service very often really sucks John
Hello
Dear friend as we already told you that it looks like the restoring was done a little wrong and caused current problems. Please upload your missing images again on there location.
John Holden
I love you all guys and very appreciate for your assistance, however John the theme boke down out of the blue and I did not made it up, also you guys had no answers for 3 day…and this what happened before and we did what you just mentioned patiently loading those blody dozens images back on, but this time it just not worth it anymore, the theme did not prove itself, even now problems with sliders still there, as in very beginning eventhough I gave you an access no solution so far. Enough is enough i will be carrying on with broken cart.. Its bad to be abandoned when you pay for support.. Its the same John if your car brakes down half way home, if you drive indeed and paid assistance would not turn up for a day or 3 days to help you out, how would you feel then? Apart from that I won’t be listing anything else here as you know your theme better than me. So i did waisted a lot of resource on this therefore transfer everythig to Astra as this becomes a nightmare even using premium plugins it doesn’t work as it should…
Thanks
Mykolas
Hello,
We are very sorry that you feel this way. We do really want to help.
Reset of theme options to default settings usually happens because of the DB manipulations. So, we recommend doing Theme Options backup (Theme Options > Import/Export > download export file to a safe place) and use this in case you face reset.
Images were physically missing on the path that was used in the DB, it’s not related to the theme but to your WP and DB. So, if you upload images to correct folders depending on the path you have for the missing files in the console you’ll get them back. Unfortunately, I can’t check your site now because you changed access.
Also, you can try to make backups using the Duplicator plugin. It makes a copy of the site correctly and allows you to restore the copy without such errors.
Let me know if I could help you with anything else.
Regards
