Slider and lightbox not working on mobile

When viewing a single product on mobile i can’t seem to get the slider to work. Is there a setting i’m missing?

Hello,

Do you use the latest version of Core plugin (1.1.7)? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Try to disable all 3rd party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Was that done on an actual phone or just by making the browser smaller? Because if i make it smaller in brwoser i indeed see what you see. But on an actual phone it’s not working.
