    Hello XStore Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m experiencing an issue with one of the main sliders on my site (potentially the homepage slider, as seen in the mobile view screenshot I can provide if needed).
The ‘previous’ navigation arrow (on the left side) is visible and works correctly. However, the corresponding ‘next’ navigation arrow (on the right side) is missing or not visible.
I have checked the slider’s configuration settings (e.g., in Elementor/Theme Options, depending on how the slider was created), and navigation arrows seem to be enabled.
Could you please investigate why the ‘next’ arrow might not be displaying and provide guidance or the necessary CSS/fix to make it visible and functional, just like the ‘previous’ arrow?
Thank you for your excellent theme and your assistance!
    Best regards,

    Hello, Abdulaziz,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ We kindly recommend updating the theme and the core plugin, as this should resolve the issue with the arrows. Please don’t forget to clear your cache after completing the updates.

2/ As we can see, you are currently using the Elementor plugin to build the content of your homepage. Therefore, the WPBakery Page Builder is not required, as it serves a similar purpose. Using two page builders simultaneously may lead to conflicts and unexpected issues.

Please read detailed information about bundled plugins here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Free versions of the WPBakery or Revolution Slider or any other premium plugin just do not exist.

We would like to inform you that all premium plugins included with our theme are external products for which we have secured the Extended License, allowing us to incorporate them into our theme. Please note that registration of these plugins is not mandatory, as they are fully operational without activation.

The activation feature within these plugins is designed for customers who wish to receive automatic updates and direct support from the plugin developers. Additionally, plugin authors may introduce exclusive or just additional features to encourage customers to purchase the plugins directly from them. Unfortunately, this is a situation that affects not only us but all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform.

Unfortunately, if you want to import templates from the Revolution slider or WPBakery template library you need to buy the personal license of plugins. Extra features do not come with the extended license, this is Revolution slider authors rules. We and all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform can do nothing about this.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Abdulaziz,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Yes, it is possible to switch from Elementor to WPBakery Page Builder; however, please note that this process may require rebuilding your pages, as the content created with Elementor is not directly compatible with WPBakery. There is no automatic convertor, unfortunately. We recommend creating a backup of your website before making any changes to avoid data loss.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
