hi, my client is trying to update the slider but it’s not working properly. This is how it should look https://prnt.sc/10hzkd7 but this is what’s showing live https://prnt.sc/10hzlnt

This happened before and you said it was a browser issue but it’s happening for her and for me so I dont think that is the case.

It’s something we really need to fix. Do you have any advice on what we can do? it’s quite urgent as they have an offer which goes out on TV channel later today.

hi – this must be a bug – it works on the test banner page i set up but it will no work on the homepage – i have stried copying the banner, copying the page, but nothing works

this is really urgent now – is anyone avaliable to help?

i have used an image for the live homepage very as a temporary solution but there is definetrly some kind of bug here so i really need to find a permanent fix

I have tried almost everything but the banner will not work on the LIVE homepage – the same banner works on the test pages so i don’t understand what’s happening here.

i have tested on various devises and asked other people to test it and they see the same problem so i really do not think it’s the cache issue

can you let know what can be done

Hello,

I checked your home page and test page and both look ok.
I created template of your slider section https://prnt.sc/10iu0wn and then just imported that template to home page https://prnt.sc/10iu1q6 And everything is ok https://gyazo.com/d1467a3ff9d294197b215fceebf1551e

we are now trying to remove the first banner but the page won’t load. i am geting this error https://prnt.sc/10mg04r

we really need to find a way to simply upsate this banner – can you suggest anthing for a permenant fix?

for now are you able to remove the first banner ?

hi – i don’t think you read the emails properly – i said i can’t edit the banner – i can’t actually load the page – i sent some details – so i need to remove the first banner.

can you take a quick look – this is really urgent now

As I can see, your Home page can be edited – http://prntscr.com/10o0xth Clear cache and check one more time or check it from another browseer.
