Slider problems and also footer problems after editing

Whenever I try to change or import another slider or footer from Xstore library or even create my own, it appears while im doing the changes but it never appears/function when I open the website on a new page to see how it looks like.

I have also other problems in the website.

1) One of the titles next to the video doesnt show in the preview image as in the editing.
2) Also the Customer reviews also doesnt appear well in the preview image as in the editing.
3) For the last two pictures I tried to resize the Footer because I dont have much informations in it and wanted it a bit smaller, but again in the preview image it doesnt appear as I edited it.

Thank you the web is getting better.

I have another two issues left probably.

1) I have a problem in the homepage in the sale price, in the editing it looks good but in the a new browser it discount price isn’t with the line on it.

2) I would like to delete the photos that appear in the pages of FAQs or ABOUT US etc.. I already found one that I deleted but they still appear.

Thank you again. I have other problems in the shop section.

1)+2) In the screens as you can see, I added a little info to the product which appears perfectly in the quick view but not in the product description when you open it in its main page, as you can see in the screens.

3) I added a picture but the sizing isn’t right because it appears blurry. Can you please fix it? or let me know which size will fit perfectly there?

I have other issues:

Prob 1): In the menu bar I tried to insert two sub menus (categories in shops) that i have created but it only shows the old categories that i already deleted, as you can see in the screen shots.

Prob 2): There is a shipping a return which I couldn’t find, I would like to modify the text or delete it definitely, can you please show me how?

Prob 3): There is a photo of the old theme that still appears when I click on the product as you can see in the screen shot. Which I also couldnt find.

Thank you. I got some more small details before launching my website.

1) Prob 1: In the checkout card it shows a little text “Don’t miss this discount” Can you please show me where it is so I can remove it or add it later?
– Also the Checkout button i would like to change it similar to the size and shape of the others (paypal, sepa).

2) Prob 2: There is a coupons text, that I also would like to know where it is located if i wanna add it later in the future (for the moment to be removed).

3) Prob 3 plus 4: When you enter the shop the banner is in yellow but when you click on a product than it changes to blue. I tried many times to fix it but couldn’t, if you please could change it similar to the yellow banner and the text aswell.

4) Prob 5: There is a compare button as shown in the screen shot that I would like to know where is it located. For the moment i would prefer to change it to “Share button” with social media links, if possible.

5) Prob 6: When you click on the search button it appears other results such as skirt shoes which was created with the sample theme, can you please show me where I can change or delete this?

1- Simply go to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Header builder >> Cart >> there you will be able to change the text or remove it as per your need: https://postimg.cc/DJ7PXDMp

For the checkout button simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

2- Actually, the coupon is handled by the WooCommerce, and enable/disable this feature you have to navigate to the Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> See the image: https://i.is.cc/kvr7wpY.png

3 plus 4- Navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Breadcrumb >> from there please change the color: https://i.is.cc/kvHntlo.png

4 plus 5- The compare button is coming from the YITH Compare plugin and on the product page it is set from the single product builder feature of our theme. In this option, there is a widget available for the compare you can add/remove it see the image: https://i.is.cc/kwjMG57.png

Thank you again that was very helpful.

I wasn’t able to fix the banner size and text size in the shop and product section.

Prob1) : If you could fix that, it would be very helpful as you can see in the screenshot now its the same color, not sure if the size of the text is the same but the size of the banner one is different to the other, it really has to be the same size please.

Prob2) : I would also like to change the text size and style on the Category page as shown in the screen shot.

1- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.
```
.category-grid.text-color-dark .count{color:red !important;font-size:25px !important;}
.category-grid .categories-mask h4{color:red !important;font-size:25px !important;}
```
Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Note: in the above code the word “red” is the color and the word “25” is the size of the font you can change it with you want.

Great, thank you so much again.

I found out other issues if you can help with it.

Prob1) : As you can see in the screens, when i click on add to card it takes me to an ERROR page. I dont know if maybe it needs a color option added under the quantity to work. If yes please show me how I can add the color options?

Prob2): Aswell in the featured product I can’t add anything to the shop cart, if i click on it it takes me to SHOP, and i think it needs aswell the color options in this section aswell.

Prob3): I just noticed that in the cart the ‘continue button’ needs to be changed to the shape of the others aswell.

Hello, @levacare,

1- Actually, You just add the add to cart widget and set the button you didn’t add the product in the widget settings that is why it is showing an error. Please configure the widget settings and add a product in it so that if the user clicks on the button it will add the product to the cart you set in the widget settings. 2- Exactly, It is a variable product which have the color options for the user to choose before adding it to the cart. So that is why when you click on the button it redirects you to the product page to choose the color variation first. If you set the color option on the home page too for the user then the user simply choose the color and add the product to the cart from the home page as well.

I have checked your site and found that you added/using the Custom Attributes in single product page, you did not choose the default attributes for the product which has been created under the WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Attributes. I have chosen the default attributes. See image here : https://ibb.co/ZdQKGWL and https://ibb.co/N6CwmhS and it will also show on the Shop/Category and home page as well.

Thank you, but the problem hasn’t been solve yet.

1. Because first the colors added on the bottom of the featured products etc.. were just 5 (and does not include all the colors of the products i have), and second problem is when you select the color wanted it doesnt show the picture of the product wanted. (Also the other selection of colors appears still but does work) please have a look at the screen shots to have a better understanding.

2. With the other product with the video display it works perfect, its just the spacing between color and the selection of colors, and also the spacing between the colors selection and the quantity and add to card can be fixed to have a better look please.

That’s actually the only thing left to fix in the website otherwise everything is working fine. Thank you again for your time.

1a.Your issue is resolved now, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/qk6q8Zt I have removed the dropdown variations from the product as your screenshot indicates.

Now, Please note that you had the Custom Attributes in the dropdown and the default attributes as well which you created under Products >> Attributes, so Custom attribute will not show on Shop/Category Archive pages and will not work too there, as because you can only use the default attributes there. This is the default functionality.

1b. I have checked your site now and found that you did not select/choose variations colors. I have chosen/selected variations of colors it is working perfectly fine. Thank you again for your time.

1) The problem of the structure is still remaining, as you can see in the screen shot the “Color” is up and “colors options selection” is down and both of them are far away up from the “add to card button”. I already added the code to the CSS but apparently its not working, if you could please fix that it would be great.

2) Can you please check again the home page photo it still move from the center and I always clear my browser to try again and again but it always move from the center to the side (in the editing its perfect but once I try on a new browser it goes on the side) please have a look at the screen shots.

3) If you could please show me how to do, so that the colors appears instead of a selection of colors with title only (please look at the screen to have a better understanding) so that both products have similar color selections and not different from one each other.

3- Sorry to say, that it is not. Because both products are set using different widgets and every widget has different settings and stylings so you cannot make it the way as you said without customization.

Im not sure how I did that, I tried many time to fix it but i dont know how. In the screen you sent me I still don’t know how to fix it, can you please explain more in details how? So that there the color selection like the other product appear aswell (because as you can see in the screen shots there is only “add to card, quantity and the price but no colors options as the other product”
