Hi since the recent updates the text on the sliders is not showing on mobile, I have raised a ticket with the author and they advised there is an issue with the theme. When I activate another theme everything works as it should

Clear cache and check one more time. Provide a screenshot of the problem that is visible on your side. What mobile browser do you use? How it should be? How it was before the update?
