Hi there. I am running the current version of Slider Revolution on both my sites, however, I’m unable to Export a slider from one, and import to the other.
The exported zip file appears to be corrupt – it cannot be expanded. And when i attempt to import it, the following message appears – Error: incompatible archive.
I have contacted my host and they assure me the problem is with the plugin.
Any ideas?

Hi,
If this error occurs, it seems like the zip file is corrupted. Try to open it normally on your PC and then archive the files again. Import this newly created archive. Once we tried this from our side we were able to import slider from your site http://prntscr.com/mrg782
Probably some server settings do not allow to create the correct slider export file but you need to contact plugin support to get detailed help with this question, they have requests about this https://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380/comments?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=zip+file+is+corrupted&from_buyers_and_authors_only=0&order_by=relevance
