Slider Revolution not showing on site - by ypvang01

I’ve recently created my own sliders, well only one for the moment, but as i tried to test it, it is not visible at all on the site.

I’ve provided my site link, please take a look and see what I am doing wrong.

Do you use the latest version of the Rev plugin? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Check settings of Background there.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check then.

Yes i have the latest version according to wp. It works with the content that came with the demo. I had it on the site before I tried changing it to the one i’ve made.

I’ve replaced the slide with the old one that came with the demo. It seems to be working fine. I just can’t get it to display mines.

Ok, I’ve misinformed you. I do not have the latest version, however i cannot install the latest because i cannot register the product with the provided key code that i’ve purchased. I read on the xstore support site where it states that you do not have to register the plugin to use it correct?

Yes, you do not need to register plugins. Follow this article to update the Slider plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings for the slider.

Hello Ypvang01,

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.
Did you create the slider from scratch?
Right now I can’t see what can be the reason for the problem. Another support member who better knows the Revolutions slider aspect will back from vacation from Monday. Could you wait for this?

Yes I started from scratch. I understand, but I would like it to be resolved in a timely matter if possible, My apologies if i come off rude, but I am just trying to launch the site asap. Any help and support is greatly appreciated.

I am not sure which from your settings causes the error, but I’ve created “home 7” slider and it works fine in Preview – https://prnt.sc/yd7n27 So show this Slider on your page and edit it depends on your needs, do forget to check frontend from time to time to find out what option causes the problem.

Yes it previews fine but once you select it for the site it just stops being visible.

I’ve set the mentioned “home 7” slider on your Home page, it is visible – https://prnt.sc/yjaun3

Also, the content of pages is created using WPBakery, so the Elementor plugin can be disabled. Check all other plugins and disable unrequired, because every plugin slows down the site a bit.

So I’ve been playing with it and added text and another slide. Well, the text, buttons and navigation arrows are now showing up. It’s just stuck on the first slider. I’ve deleted elementor and its related plugins still didnt do much. I’ve cleared my cache and history and still nothing. I’m not understanding what could be causing this. As i’ve stated before, the slider demo still works as should, however my customs are always having issues, and it doesn’t consist of much but text and image.

Just as a note, i am using the one that you’ve created for me, which i’ve renamed Home3.

It looks something was wrong with the slider settings. I have created another one with the same slides and it works ok. Edit that slider.

Another issue has arise, It’s nothing major at the moment and i may be able to get by for now, but would like for the functions to work properly as i have paid for it. So here’s my issue, I’ve configure my buttons to turn blue when hovering the mouse over or when you tap on it via mobile, however these functions does not seem to be active. I takes me to the correct link but it doesn’t show the blue when hovering or tapping. Thanks hope to hear back from you soon.

At first sight, I do not see buttons that are blue on hover (Home page). Please provide some screenshots for a better understanding of your request.

Hello,

You added link to slide that cover whole the slide https://prnt.sc/zv9y5r and the button just does not have the hover effect because it wrapped in the slide link. So, disable the slide link and then your button will change the hover color like I did for the second slide.
