Slider stuck on loading - by Esosfera - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Dear Staff,

the Elementor slider remains stuck on loading. sometimes the contents are loaded, sometimes they are not loaded. The loading wheel remains in motion indefinitely.

Hello,

We tried to reload the page a few times and the slider works ok.
But in console we found the error http://prntscr.com/w3btpr It comes from the widget you use, not from our theme. We would recommend you to fix the HTTP error.

Also, try to install the cache plugin to speed up the page loading time and cache images, optimize scripts, styles.

Hello,

we have exactly the same problem after updating theme and WordPress to latest versions.
If we refresh the page, sometime slides are loaded, sometimes not. Before the update it was ok. We cleared all caches, used different browsers and tried to disable JS minifications, but nothing solved this problem.

Any other idea for this?

Dear Olga,

the problem you detect is not related to the failure to load the slider but it’s a carousel that we are setting, as the site is under construction.

I confirm the same things said by the user below, used multiple browsers (safari, firefox, chrome, edge), we use a plugin to speed up and optimize the loading of data (WP Fastest Cache) and the problem was found when (as already said by the user) we have updated WordPress + XStore to the latest versions.

Of course we have already tried to clear the cache and the browsing history.

We also tried to disable all plugins, the problem remains and occurs at times. An interesting thing is that after it shows up, it stays for that page.

Hi Olga,

I tested it with Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Chrome for mobile.
It happens randomly and no error appears in console.

I have just seen the same issue with the slider of Esosfera’s website.

Hello,

I updated the theme to version 7.2.2, but the issue remains.
I noticed that if I have the dev tools console open with option “Disable Cache” checked, the slider is shown always correctly. If not, the slider many times is stuck on loading.

Hello,

I found that the same problem have the product gallery images in swiper slide of product view. Sometimes they are shown under the main product image, sometimes not. Before the last updates there was no such problem.

Edit: I think it may be a problem related to lazy loading. In a page, where I use the elementor addon “Products” with Grid Display type, I had Lazy Loading for Navigation. Now it stopped to load more than one row. I turned off the Navigation and now it load all rows. So, it maybe some issue like this in slider and product images.

Hello Olga,

Slider seems to load without problems now!

Also, product gallery images are shown correctly under the main product image now.
However, the next-previous icons over the main image on product page are not shown on hover (actually they are shown for 1 second during loading).

In addition, Lazy Loading for Navigation on elementor addon “Products” with Grid Display is still not working.

yes now it is ok!
In addition, it will be useful if next-previous icons are shown too, when a product image is open on popup (like its close button). I don’t remember if they existed before these changes.
