Slides templates are NOT IMPORTING – please help

    I’m following the steps to import slide templates, but they are not imported. please see the details in private content:

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    If you are using both Elementor Pro and Pro Elements plugins are active simultaneously, which causes a conflict. To avoid any inconvenience or compatibility issues, we recommend using only one of these plugins at a time.

    We hope this resolves the matter to your satisfaction.

    If the issue persists, Kindly provide your site wp-admin admin access in the private content area so we can check and help you.
