Slow Down After Update Theme, how to go back to older version

Hi,
Inotice a slow down in page load, especially in WP backend, after updated the theme; How can I go back to older version?

Hello,

We did not make changes for the backend in the latest update of the theme.
The latest version of WooCommerce contains changes for backend functionality, so I suppose the problem is independent of our theme. Please check.
