Slow loading issue in my website kindly help

kindly help my website is loading very slow , i tried every possible ways but its not fast and sometimes loading untill we refresh it again and again

ok i have uninstalled all the external performance plugin, can u just optimize mobile performance , desktop is good but mobile is not optimized see performance. please check
