Slow loading website. Too many attemps to admin-ajax.php

Dear friend,
After importing the demo, I see parts of the HomePage load too slowly. After checking the Network it shows that most long loading the admin-ajax.php. Every line is rather blocks on website. Can you suggest any solution for this situation?

We kindly request that you edit the content of the footer static block and the home page using Elementor, and try to disable Lazy loading, as per the screenshot in the Private Content area.
