I looked through your forms in search of a solution. I applied most of the solutions but they did not bring the expected result.
I also asked the hosting for help.
The hosting suggested:
1. Reducing the number of plugins – now I have 25 and they are probably the necessary ones
2. The **ajax** ratio is at a slightly higher level (51%). Within the site, you should verify, and preferably disable the Heartbeat API.
– Ajax ratio: 54
– Total requests: 2890
3. The cron task ratio is also at a high level (13%). Moving these tasks
from wp-cron to system cron should significantly improve the site’s performance.
You can do this by going to the client panel in the Servers –> Cron Tasks tab.
I don’t know how to go about it.
4. The hosting provider also increased the php parameters to maximum.
5. I turned off Elementor cache and installed the free WP Fastest Cache plugin for a test – this caused an acceleration on mobile from 12 to the current 30 points
Please help me solve the problem.
