Slow running site and backend is very slow

Live site is quite slow and the backend is unworkably slow to update anything. I am trying to update about 100 product images right now and its not performing.

Been like this for a while. Any ideas would help….

Hello,

You’re using old theme and plugins version. Please update to the latest.

Don’t forget to make backup site before update.

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
