Any ideas on when the slowness of the theme will get fixed?
It’s now the most voted feature and I can see it has been an on-going problem for at least over 365 days. I’ve also noticed the support staff’s answers have moved away from mentioning that future updates will fix the issue to “Let’s have your FTP details”, “Here is a Pingdom result; the fault isn’t with the demo” and “It may be your host”.
I tested the theme on GtMetrix:

Also, GTMetrix is a tried and tested system. Please don’t direct me to something like Pingdom.
Is Elementor causing slowness to the theme? I’ve heard other users problems with page speed because of Elementor.
P.S. I would respect you a lot more if you just answer the above, no responsibility avoiding. I don’t need help with FTP and please don’t tell me to go to a new host. I’ve done all that with you before. I’m with a new host. If the demo cannot score highly then it suggests the problem isn’t just at the customer’s end…
Separately, thanks to the designers for their hard work and keep up the good work (design-wise). I do like the theme but the slowness is causing me a lot of issues. I don’t want a refund. I just don’t like seeing user after user complaint about speed and the issue not being fixed quick enough in updates. It should have been fixed around six months ago tbh.
