Hi. I’ve just updated the Classico theme (2.0) and WordPress (4.9.2), and it now takes about 4-5 minutes to load up any page on the WP backend. It’s also saying ‘MYSQL server has gone away…’ and ‘Error reading result set’s header in /homepages/…’

Any idea what’s going on? I’ve spoken o the hosting company, who I use for many other sites (that aren’t running slowly) and they say it’s a theme issue…

    Hello,

You need to update all plugins that come bundled with our theme to latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/)

    Regards

    Hi Rose

    Thanks!

That worked, but I still have a problem with the Twitter feed at the foot of the website. Is there something else I need to update?

    Regards

    Marcel

    Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content so we can take a closer look.

    Regards
