    Hello
I created wordpress account on a cloud fast hosting, installed the theme and didnt add any products or images other than the theme default (Xstore) i ran a speed test on mobile and the website is slow (please see attached)

I have bought 4 themes and planning to buy more but i keep getting complaints from clients regarding mobile website speed.

Another question regarding plugins in the (Plugins Installer) section in Xstore, are the plugins marked in that section as premium free? i tried to install one and got asked to activate using evanto purchase code but the code was rejected.
also got this error message on wordpress (WooCommerce has detected that some of your active plugins are incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features. Please review the details.) and the plugin i installed is (WooCommerce PDF Invoice)

    Hello Birdlife,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We appreciate your continued support in choosing our themes for your projects.

1/ Regarding the mobile website speed issue, we understand how crucial loading times are for maintaining a good user experience. To assist you better, could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access? This will allow us to perform a detailed analysis and offer specific optimizations that could improve the speed on mobile devices.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

3/ “WooCommerce has detected that some of your active plugins are incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features. Please review the details” – The notification regarding incompatibility between your active plugins and WooCommerce features is unrelated to our theme. It is a compatibility issue among the plugins. The full message should specify which WooCommerce feature needs to be disabled to ensure compatibility. We recommend reviewing the details provided in the notification to address this issue.

We look forward to your response with the necessary access details so we can proceed with the optimizations. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear @Birdlife,

We hope this message finds you well. We have recently conducted an analysis of your website’s performance using Google PageSpeed and observed that your current score is satisfactory for a WordPress site. You can view the detailed report via this link: [Google PageSpeed Analysis](https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-mediumslateblue-mallard-980130-hostingersite-com/yynfrxtgfd?hl=en&form_factor=mobile).

To further enhance your website’s performance, we would like to suggest the following improvements:

    1. **Review Hosting Server Performance**: It appears that your website’s loading time is close to 4 seconds. We recommend checking with your hosting provider to explore ways to improve this. For reference, please see the loading time screenshot here: [Loading Time Screenshot](https://prnt.sc/OHpmbwGhJJL_).

    2. **Optimize Slider Usage**: Consider replacing the Revolution Slider with the XStore Slider or another alternative. The current scripts and styles associated with the Revolution Slider are quite heavy and contribute to slower loading times on your homepage.

    3. **Image Optimization**: We advise compressing your images and converting them to the WebP format to decrease file sizes and enhance loading speeds. For guidance on how to perform these conversions, please visit: [Convert Images to WebP](https://www.greengeeks.com/tutorials/convert-webp-images-wordpress-and-why/).

We believe implementing these changes will significantly improve the user experience on your site. Should you require any assistance or further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
