Hi,
There are 4 out of 70 product images that aren’t displaying properly on iPad and I cannot see any reason why that is happening.
Can you please take a look and see if there is something simple I’m missing. I’ll post the link to the site and the specific products that I’m having issues with in the Private Content section.

My colleague has noticed another product that doesn’t show on his iPad, but does display on mine. I’ll include it in the Private Content section.

What OS version are you using?
Does it happen in all browsers?

I am using iOS Version 9.02 (13A452). This issue has only presented with iPads. I haven’t tested on Android or Windows tablets. The issue is present when I use both Safari and Chrome.
It doesn’t present when I resize my Chrome browser to the size of a mobile device on my PC (running Windows).

Sorry for a delay.
We suppose that the problem is caused by French symbols that are present in images names, for example, we renamed the image “LAulée-Crémant.png” to “LAulee-Cremant.png” and reuploaded it, after that the picture was shown.
So please try to rename other images and reupload them without special symbols in names.
