Hi,

I’m trying to add a social block, but it’s missing on my menu. how can i add it?

Hello,

Could you provide temporary FTP access?
As a workaround, you can create a static block with the desired content and show it in header via HTML block element.

Hello,

Still the same. Did you check the FTP access before reply back? Please, try yourself. When you choose the destination folder of the FTP user while creating it should not be the new folder but the existing folder with your WP installation.
We need to check the theme and XStore code plugin files to find out why that element is missing on your site.

Oh god i’m sorry. When i was creating the FTP the cpanel automatically added the other root ater i deleted it.

Now it works, i’ve tried myself.
