Sold by vendor x not showing on product placeholder

Please see images attached. Id like the product placeholder to be displayed on shop page as shown in. “old site animals theme” there should be the vendors name with a shop icon.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Sold by vendor is appearing is some places.

On the main product archive, there is no shop icon, they shop icon only appears after the user selects quick view, then the icon will appear next to vendors name

The issue with the icon next to the vendor text has been resolved, and the fix will be included in the next update.

Regarding your request about certain products not displaying vendor information, this occurs because no vendor has been assigned in the product settings. You can review this on your end and assign vendors to the products that currently lack this information. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/P2UNrF_fZm2X.
