Some 'A' tags are not working in footer

Hello 8 Theme.

Thank you for providing this support forum.
I am using a HandTools theme. When building my footer I hacked together a plethora of ul lists. However some of the links are no longer functioning.

The build is here: https://hdtruckengines.com/ (Please see the footer).
Please hover over sections of RV / Heavy Duty or High Performance or Imports. The hover effect and functioning link is missing. Hover over other sections like Domestic or Diesels or Marine and the links work.
