Some Button Styles not updating and there is an issue with joinchat whatsapp plugin

I Changed the colors in theme level and some of the button not reflecting, so i updated in elementor , but in preview the changes are not showing.

I want to integrate the join chat plugin for product innerpage – but it also not showing in preview

1. Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

2. As for the Join Chat plugin integration on the product inner page, please verify that the plugin is properly configured and activated. If the changes are not appearing in the preview, try checking in an incognito/private browsing window or on a different device. Also, ensure that there are no conflicts with other plugins or theme settings that might be preventing the plugin from displaying correctly.

Here i created a user role for you . please check this – and in case of join chat – one time it worked, The whatsapp button showed in inner page after the price section , But later some time it diasppears, and i tried different postions to appear the button and its not working – check that also.

Once you click the button, the value will become editable, allowing you to modify it if needed. However, clicking the button is required to proceed.

2/ Have you attempted to contact the plugin support team? Please do this.

Additionally, please submit this issue as a separate topic on our support forum and provide FTP access credentials via the private content area. This will allow us to assign a technical specialist to review the issue while ensuring compliance with our support policy.
