Some configurations don’t load on xStore edition

Hi! hope you doing well

I want to show more products in the shop, but when I want to change the number of products, the store config panel shows the loading icon forever, can u help me?

This not only happen here, it also happen in other configurations

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We understand that you are experiencing an issue with the store configuration panel. Please record a video for us.

Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
