hello,
so i have that weird situation in which , some of my suppliers in china are trying to access my website , the website loads without problem (not blocked by china firewall) but some elements within the website take very long time to load , i can’t figure out the exact reason behind that ,
I know you are heading directly to first possibility of the china firewall blockage , again, I think it is not blockage caused by isp or something because almost all site can load without issue including categories and my account ,etc..
any solution for this situation ? or maybe any recommendation to change the broken elements to have them work like the rest of the website ?
I have recorder screen record to better show that issue.
Dear @Zaid,
We have identified a couple of potential reasons that might be causing the issues you are experiencing:
1. The XStore ajaxify option is currently active for some widgets, which are configured may not to load correctly from China IPs. We recommend deactivating this option for the affected widgets to see if this resolves the issue.
2. The problem may also be related to your caching systems. It appears that scripts and styles take longer to load when the website is accessed from a China IP. We suggest contacting your hosting provider to discuss this issue further. Additionally, if you are using any cache plugins, reaching out to their support team may also be beneficial.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

you mention ajaxify , do you mean this ? https://prnt.sc/0B8knLISLOhE
or this ajax search ? https://prnt.sc/cCZLoedwZF7E
anyway, the first one is already disabled ,
second one is randomly on ,
you also mentioned my hosting provider, if the website is accessible then what is hosting provider has to do with any of these ?
it could be related to caching system since im using cyberpanel with litespeed cache
Im still not convinced however , I would like to use a different search tool instead of the current one that is getting blocked or slowing down to load even without china IP.
Dear @Zaid,
I hope this message finds you well. We were referring to the option ‘XStore ajaxify’ as illustrated in the screenshot provided: https://prnt.sc/0B8knLISLOhE.
Based on your recent feedback, “I’m still not convinced; however, I would like to use a different search tool instead of the current one that is getting blocked or slowing down to load, even without a China IP,” we would like to know if you are considering the implementation of an alternative widget for this purpose. Should this be the case, please advise us if there is no need for further enhancements on our part.
We look forward to your guidance on how to proceed.

hello.
i just need a search bar that doesn’t take long time to load, doesn’t matter if ajaxify or some medieval search method. I have also received some complaints from users that it is taking long even on non china IP and it is affecting my business somehow, in this case im really not sure why only your theme is having this issue ! ,
i tried other theme called shopkeeper and never had this issue neither on china IP nore non china IP as all elements were loading smoothly.
i could give you the website that is im testing shopkeeper on , youll see that there is no issue regarding elements loading slower whatsoever
Hello @zaid
Could you please, check now !
