Some issue with my website home page. I need help to solve the issue

My website has some issues recently. The sliders got only text instead of images.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We have reviewed the screenshot you provided and noticed that the slider appears to have been created using the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. However, it seems that the plugin is not currently activated on your website.

To resolve this issue, we kindly recommend downloading the WPBakery plugin (8.1) from the following link: https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ -Once downloaded, please install and activate the plugin on your website, and then check the slider functionality again.

We hope this resolves the issue. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
