Some issues with map view - by mariconsinf

I bought the plugin MapifyPro to use it as a store locator, but there are some issues with the map view.
The map is displayed well only with the “contact page template” and only with the default layout. With all other templates there is an issue: it’s not possible to set a map with custom sizes, and after a search the map became grey, showing only the markers.(Issue 1).

Instead, the second issue occur always and on every page, with the contact page map, too. If you move the map with the mouse, the map is not refreshed and the new areas are grey.(Issue 2) (The issue does not occur if you use the mouse scroll).

I would like to know if is possible to fix the issues and to create a custom template “default layout contact form”, without contact form, map and page heading. (without the issue 2, obviously).

Hello,

Why don’t you use default Google Map that included in the theme template?
Please also check if the plugin works properly with default WordPress theme.

Hi,

the second issue occur with the google map included in the template, too! the map is not refreshed.
I tested the plugin with other themes and it work fine and the map is refreshed, so I think that the problem is the theme.
At the following link there is a page with the map included in the theme and the plugin map.
In both map occur the same issue.

Hello,

I’ve checked the map with the default WordPress theme Twenty Sixteen and the same issue with grey blocks appeared there too http://prntscr.com/e1d8ll .
So the problem is related to the plugin, not to the theme. You need contact the plugin authors regarding this issue.

Hi,
I did some tests and I solved the issue. There was a 3rd party plugin incompatible with the theme and with MapifyPro plugin. Now the store locator works perfectly!
